GRAPPA MEDEA

Is distilled from the pomace of our Cabernet and Refosco grapes, in an old grapperia in the heart of Grave Friulane zone.
Using traditional, artisanal methods, the pomace is distilled in a discontinuous still using the classic cauldrons.

The selected pomace is distilled immediately; this is how we obtain a strong, straightforward grappa in keeping with the true tradition of Friuli grappa.
